- The Council may provide Accreditation /recognition to an educational institution that provides facility of study or teacher or provides training on nursing subject and to a degree, diploma certificate or other degrees relating to the nursing subject.
- An educational institution and a degree, diploma certificate or other degree which has been granted recognition shall be published in the Nepal Gazettee.
- A person who obtains a degree, diploma certificate or other degrees from a foreign educational institution on nursing subject shall be required to file an application as prescribed before the Council for recognition of such degree.
- The Council shall, after making necessary inquiry, make a decision over the application filed thus.
